Each participating unit:

The 2024 National Traditional Wushu Competition will be held in Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province from November 17 to 21, 2024. In order to do a good job in the organization and reception of the competition, facilitate the participating units to formulate the competition plan, and ensure the orderly organization and work of the competition, the relevant matters are hereby supplemented as follows:

I. Registration

(2) Deadline for registration: 24: 00 on October 25, 2024.

(3) Online registration is the way to register for this competition. Each team leader is required to complete online registration before the specified time, and the copy of the reported personnel’s ID card, responsibility statement (handwritten signature) and personal accident insurance policy (the warranty period must include the competition time) will be photographed and uploaded to the registration website as required.

(4) Team names are required to be within 10 Chinese characters, and the Organizing Committee has the right to delete team names with more than 10 Chinese characters.

Second, report for duty

All participating sports teams are requested to report to their hotels before 18:00 on November 17th. The organizing Committee will inform the team leaders to report to the hotel in advance according to the number of applicants from each participating unit.

III. Entry Fees and Requirements

(1) Please report to the competition area and leave the meeting according to the specified time, and report on November 17 and leave the meeting on November 22, for a total of 5 days. The teams that report in advance and postpone the meeting will bear their own room and board expenses, and will not be refunded if they leave the meeting in advance. The standards for accommodation and meals in this competition are as follows:

1. Standard room: 320 yuan per person per day, and 360 yuan per overstaffed person per day;

2. Single room: 420 yuan per person per day, and 460 yuan per person per day for overstaffed staff.

(2) There is no registration fee for this competition.

(3) Each person shall pay the local transportation fee (including the overstaffed personnel) during the competition, 100 yuan.

(4) If each team needs to reserve a shuttle bus, please contact the person in charge of the shuttle bus station in the competition area one week before the competition. The pick-up price of Changzhou Benniu International Airport is 100 yuan/person (starting with 20 people), and it can also provide 7-seat and 14-seat car charter service, with the costs of 1,400 yuan/car and 2,000 yuan/car respectively. All the above costs refer to one way.

(5) If the applicant fails to report to the competition area for some reason after registration, the fee for verification shall be 100 yuan per person, which shall be borne by the applicant.

(6) In order to strengthen the management of the competition, all participants must stay in the hotel designated by the conference, otherwise they will not participate in the competition. Those who fail to eat at the specified time and meal times will not be compensated or refunded by the conference.

(7) In order to ensure the smooth check-in of registered athletes and reduce the waiting time for registration, all sports teams are requested to transfer the accommodation and local transportation fees to the following QR code account at one time before November 7:

IV. Transportation arrangements

If you need to pick up the station, please send the electronic scanned version (with official seal) and the Word version of the Arrival and Departure Information Form of Sports Teams (Annex 2) to the mailbox of the Organizing Committee in 369000740@qq.com before 18: 00 on November 7, so as to arrange the pick-up and drop-off station.

In view of the fact that train tickets and plane tickets have been sold in real-name registration system through the national network, all participating sports teams are requested to book their own return tickets before departure.

V. Others

(A) the time to complete the routine

1. Traditional boxing and equipment shall last no more than 2 minutes (except Tai Chi events).

2. The Tai Ji Chuan project lasts 3-4 minutes. When the drill reaches 3 minutes, the referee will whistle.

3. Tai Chi equipment project lasts 2-3 minutes. When the drill lasts for 2 minutes, the referee will whistle.

4. The sparring event shall last for at least 40 seconds (Tai Ji Chuan sparring for 2 to 3 minutes).

5. The collective project shall last no more than 6 minutes.

(2) When reporting for duty, athletes must submit the health examination certificate (including blood pressure, pulse test certificate and electrocardiogram) within 15 days before the competition, a copy of the ID card of the participants, a statement of responsibility (handwritten signature) and a personal accident insurance policy (the warranty period must include the competition time). You will not be able to participate in the competition if you are missing one of the above items.

(3) All participants in the competition must bring their ID cards so that they can register their accommodation and check in.

(4) In order to ensure the health of athletes, if they feel unwell or have other symptoms during training and competition, they should immediately report to the Organizing Committee and withdraw from the competition.

(5) Those who report in advance or postpone leaving the meeting, please arrange their own accommodation. Please contact the competition area if you report in advance. Hotel reservation and pick-up service can be provided at your own expense.

(6) Matters not covered shall be notified separately.
